Cancel Your Tickets and Get a Refund

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final and there are no refunds to your original payment method. However, if you'd like to change your tickets to a different date or add an additional ticket to your group, follow this process so you can get tickets together as a group: 

Step 1: Find the "Manage Tickets" link, available both at the bottom of your confirmation email, or on each event page. Click the link. 

Step 2: Enter the email you ordered the tickets with and complete the CAPTCHA. Click "Get a secure login link". You'll be sent a secure login link via email to access your tickets. 

Step 3: Click the link in the email from LatterDaily Events (Subject should be "Manage Your Tickets"). You'll be taken to a secure page where you can manage your tickets. 

Step 4: Click on "Manage Order" button on the right. 

Step 5: You'll see a link where you can "Cancel Order". Follow the prompts and cancel your order. 

Step 6: After cancelling your order, you'll receive a voucher code on screen and via email that you can use when checking out with your new seats.
